4 EASY Steps to WIN a True BARGAIN

1. Register a FREE account

-Takes only a few minutes and it's FREE.

-Make sure you fill your contact information correctly, otherwise we can't send you the items you win.

-You have to be at least 18 years old to register.

2. BUY BIDS securely

-Press the "Buy bids" button on the top menu bar and choose which package do prefer.

-The bigger the package the cheaper the price for one bid.

-Purchased bids will appear to your account immediately after you have successfully completed the transaction.

-PennyAuction uses Netbuilder.com.my and iPay88.com.my secured payment gateways which are the most secure and used e-payments broker in Malaysia.

-We do not have the opportunity or the right to see or collect your credit card information.

3. PLACE BIDS by clicking the Bid now button

-You can place bids on all active auctions.

-Every time when someone makes a bid, the countdown timer resets and starts to counting down from start.

-Usually the countdown timer is set to 2 minutes (but can be different for special auctions).

-Auctions are usually available at least 24 hours before the final countdown start.

-You can also pre-bid for any auction on Live Auctions page, before the final countdown starts.

-You can even participate in auctions if you don’t have the time to follow it online. Use Autobidder to place bids for you based on the specification you define to it. You can find Autobidder by clicking on product picture.

Bid with your MOBILE PHONE via TEXT MESSAGE

-Every auction has its own unique code and you can find it in the auction box.

-Text the code (example: TXT PEN ipod1) to number 32088

-A text message always costs a flat rate of RM3.00 (plus your operator fee, e.g. RM0.15)

-You can send max 100 text messages during 30 days from 1 number

-Using your mobile phone you don't need to register an account on PennyAuction.com.my

4. WIN!!!

-If you are the last bidder and the countdown timer reaches zero and there is no new bidders then you will win the right to buy the item at the current price.

-Winner have to pay final auction price (current price) plus delivery costs. There are no hidden costs.

- Placed bids are not refundable.

-You can find the exact delivery price of each item already before the auction by clicking on the picture of the item you are interested in.

-We use DHL services for all our deliveries.

-After winning we will contact you and send further instructions on how and when you receive your item.

50% lower price Guarantee

We GUARANTEE that the "Current price" at each auction end will be less than 50% of retail price. In case "Current price" will be higher, PennyAuction will compensate the balance. This not include money spent on bids.

Types Of Auctions

Autobidder – As the name refers, this is an auction where automatic bidders are allowed to be used for all users. You can use Autobidder when you don’t have the time to follow the auction live all the time but still don’t want to waste your chance to win the item. You can set autobidder to make a bid for you some seconds before the countdown ends to increase your chance of winning. You can adjust all settings as you please – set item price floor and price ceiling within which you want the autobidder to make bids for you. Also, set the maximum number of bids that you are willing to make for the auction. You can change the Autobidder settings as you wish at any time you want.

For a coming auction Autobidder can be activated at any time before the auction starts. For a live ongoing auction Autobidder can be activated latest 3 seconds before countdown reaches zero. If you wish to make a bid within the last 3 seconds of the countdown you need to place it manually (i.e. without Autobidder function). *Please be attentive that when you are buying new bids, your Autobidder settings will not change. If you want to extend Autobidder with newly bought bids, you also need to refresh your set Autobidder(s).

Please note that for example if you set your autobidder to start bidding from RM5.00, it will make the 1st bid once current price reaches RM5.00, not on RM4.99

Cashback – if the auction has a cashback icon, then the last 1-3 bidders can get back either all or some of the bids that they used for this auction, depending on the specific auction. Click on individual auctions to see the details how much can you get back if you end up among the last 1-3 bidders.

24h Auction – these auctions do not end at 12am but last 24 hours. When taking part in these auctions using your online account please make sure to have enough bids in your account because according to current legislation, Malaysian e-banking only operates from 7am to 11.59pm. Alternatively you can top up your account using a credit card/PayPal or use your mobile phone to make bids via text message 24 hours a day.

Fast Auction – Just as a regular auction except that the countdown time is significantly shorter

Fixed Price Auction – Auction has a fixed price for the item. Regardless of the number of bids made the one who makes the last bid will win the item on the initial set price.
